Connection with Pentax total stations
A free software, easy and essential to manage the communication with the Pentax total stations.
DL-02 is a software developed by SierraSoft and can be used for saving and loading data from Pentax total stations. By DL-02 it is possible to perform the direct download from Pentax total stations; besides, it is possible to perform the uploading of coordinates on field data recorder. In DL-02 some utilities are available for measure editing and calculation of coordinates. It is possible to import the coordinates from ASCII file and export them into ASCII or DXF files and display them in a small CAD. Moreover, the management is supported, of codes allowing to set automatically a full description to the points according to their codes.
It is therefore possible to use the tool to download the data from field data recorder, to calculate the coordinates starting from the measures and to export into ASCII the coordinates the measures or into DXF files only coordinates; it is also possible to perform the opposite route, that is start from the importation of the coordinates from ASCII file and perform their loading on the field data recorder.
DL-02 is a SierraSoft product based on the technology of Nadir and customized and optimized to work with the Pentax total stations.
DL-02 is a free software created with the same standard features as the commercial products.
Instructions for installation
Follow the instructions below to install DL-02:
- Download DL-02;
- Install DL-02;
- Once the installation has been carried out, start the program;
- Press the button “Request for installation codes” available in “Installation code” window. Note: If the PC in which the program has been installed has no Internet connection, it is possible to enter www.sierrasoft.net and click on "Freeware and trial versions installation codes".
- Insert data (UserID and password) to enter user area, otherwise make a new registration;
- Fill in the request form for installation code, indicating "Serial number", displayed in "Installation code", window and the product installed;
- You will receive the installation code at the email address reported in the user registration. Note: The code will be sent exclusively by email and any PC will have its own code.
