The activities of research, development and partnerships for BIM
SierraSoft BIM Labs includes the set of SierraSoft activities concerning study, research, development and partnership that have the purpose of analyzing and studying BIM and its evolutions.
SierraSoft BIM Labs activities include participation in national and international working groups, collaborations with academic institutions, and with companies and firms working in the field of BIM for infrastructure.
The purpose of these activities is to develop and share culture regarding BIM for infrastructure.

Optimizing BIM Infrastructure Design with the Integration of IDS and bSDD

The primary goal of this project was to integrate the IDS (Information Delivery Specification) standard and buildingSmart's bSDD (buildingSMART Data Dictionary) service into a dedicated workflow aimed at enhancing and optimizing BIM and openBIM design for linear infrastructures, such as roads and railways.
